I would say that one of the main problems when it comes to pure blogging / writing is to find out topics to blog about.

Especially when you’ve been blogging for some years, because that’s when topic research can really be a hassle and make it even harder.

That’s when brainstorming comes into play, but how’s the best way to do it?

Now you must be thinking brainstorming can’t really have any secrets.

While it’s true, there are some techniques that could maximize its effectiveness, as those techniques will lead to a more precise brainstorm, hence, you will find more topics to blog about.

For new bloggers, a brainstorm is just a practice on which you have to shout every idea you have, even if it sounds stupid, then getting rid of the worst ideas and saving the good ones.

What I like to do is a triple brainstorm.

The Four – Parts Brainstorm

Quickly said, the four- parts brainstorming I do two to three times a week consists on a first brainstorm, a second brainstorm, a thirst brainstorm then an images brainstorm. Let me explain it how I do it step by step:

First brainstorm

1) The first thing I do is to take a pen and a piece of paper, or using the draft feature on wordpress, and start dropping both nonsense and useful ideas (at this point I don’t know yet which ones are useless or helpful).

2) Instantly, I start to realize that some ideas are just too crazy; others still need more research to publish a decent post…

So I get rid of them. I’m happy, I’ve gotten a ton of great ideas to start blogging about.

Important phase

3) The third step is certainly the most important on this process. We, humans, tend to get influenced by the feelings we have on a particular moment, so a particular thought we have right now may take a 180º turn and completely change some hours later.

That’s why, after making the first brainstorm, it’s really important to take a rest and coming back a few hours later to check if those great ideas we had before are still good ideas to blog about.

I guarantee you that some of them won’t look as great now as they did before.

Second brainstorm

4) Once I have returned from taking a break, I take a look at the list and, again, get rid of the worst ideas.

Even though this is mostly done to perform our list, I’ve came across more ideas while looking at that list. If that happens, I write them on a new piece of paper and recheck them later or even tomorrow.

Third brainstorm

5) The third brainstorm is the post itself. Once I have my well performed list plenty of ideas to blog about, a pick up the topic I want to write about today and start a new brainstorm.

This one is useful to write the post, as you will find ideas within the main idea, then the only thing you’ll need to do is to link those ideas and bringing a bit of sense. Apart from that, it will give you, again, some new ideas. Let me show you an example with an image:

Got the idea? This technique can quickly bring you a ton of good posts. Plus, it’s a funny way to do it, as sometimes you will make fun of yourself looking at some ideas you had.

Fourth brainstorm

6) The fourth brainstorm is quite a lot simpler, as it’s an images brainstorm. It’s always good to add some images on your posts, so look at the topic and start thinking about some images that could fit and start looking over the web or designing them by yourself.

This is one of the ways I use to get ideas to blog about. Of course, the idea to post about how to get ideas came from one of my famous brainstorm.

Anyway, abusing from brainstorming may get you crazy. Beware.

Thanks for reading.

One of the main benefits from setting up a blog is gaining exposure.

A blog not only gives your business a personal touch and a frequently updated content, but it also allows you to promote a particular product like you couldn’t before.

As off that, you can make money blogging by advertising affiliate products within your blog, so I’ve came today with three very simple steps that doubled my sales.

If it’s hard to sell something physically, multiply it for 5 and you’ll get how hard is to sell online.

But you can use some easy tips that will increase your sales, guaranteed. Those tips are so easy and obvious that people just don’t think about and fail to apply.

The image below shows a screenshot from my paypal account getting money from advertising products both here on my blog and advertising somewhere else a single product (using cpc and even ptc sites might be a good idea) , so advertising more could bring you even more possibilities

So the first thing you need to know is that people don’t like to spend money (obvious) so you need to offer something more than just a single product. And that’s the first tip.

Tips to increase your sales

1) Offer: Offering something apart from the product is a great way to increase your sales. You could offer a discount (20% discount if you buy it), you could also give a free pdf report about something related to that product.

You can also give away another product, a 2×1. You only need to make calculations so you never lose money.

Some people have problems giving away a discount because they don’t see any options on their sales page. It’s very simple. You just need to check / ask for the email address used to process the payment and send back the amount dealt.

2) Targeted ads: Don’t just get a product and buy ads to promote it. Research first, action second.

You need to take into consideration every factor, such as age (VERY important, as guys below age 18 won’t have a credit card so the possibility to get a sale goes down), sex, location…

You just need to set up a filter and you’re set.

3) Cheap products: As I said before, people don’t like to spend money, and if they have to, they’ll go for the cheapest product.

If the price for the product A goes down and the price from the product B stays the same, the demand from the product A will increase compared to the demand for the product B, which will eventually go down. Economy 101.

If you have a product that’s inevitably expensive because of its quality, just go to the first point of this post and offer a discount.

4) Bonus – Giving proofs or even a review will have a great impact on your sales rate. When a customer doesn’t buy a product is either because it doesn’t have the money to buy it or because lack of trustfulness.

Showing some proofs about the benefits about using / buying the product will increase your sales rate.

The most hard part about selling a product and succeed is the research. It’s a long process that will take you a lot of time, but here, time is money.

Avoiding risks by setting targeted ads is equal to avoid throwing money.

Thanks for reading.

One of the main (and my favorite) income source to make money blogging is the private ads sale.
There are several ways you can apply to distribute your ads over your blog, but that’s a subject which will be approach later.
Today, I would like to give you some tips to have a complete “Advertise Here” page.

The fact of getting or not advertisers fully depends on the traffic you’re receiving. But apart from that, advertisers must get a first good impression about the way you work.
A good impression is always important, but you must be wondering how can someone have a good impression about a blog page?

The answer is quite simple. When it comes to the famous advertise here pages there are a few tips you can apply to have an eye catching page.
How can you do it? Just by following some quick and simple steps. *Please note that these tips aren’t an ABC to get advertisers and get $5K the first month.

What should you include (and NOT) on your Advertisement page

-	A contact form: Here goes a secret: Humans are lazy. What would you prefer to do? Getting the blog’s author email, going to your email account and sending the message? Or simply writing the message within a contact form along with your email address? I would choose the second one.
Setting up a contact form is pretty easy using this plugin.

-	Giving information: You must let your audience and visitors how much visitors and subscribers you have.

The information you need to release is:
-	RSS subscriber’s number: Although it’s no guaranteed that your subscribers will visit your blog each and every day, as stated above it’s a proof of your power. Apart from that, you can put one of your advertisers banner within the feed page.

Why is RSS subscriptions important?

1)	Attracting advertisers: The highest number, the better.
2) Proving your social power: It’s known that the highest RSS subscribers you have, the more social power, reputation and popularity you’ll have.

- UV: You will obviously need to show how many unique visitors you receive per month, as it’s one of the main advertiser’s concerns. You may want to include screenshots from Google Analytics or Sitemeter (to name a few) if you want, but it’s not necessary.

-	Page views: Another main concern for advertisers. Page views are important for them, because the more page views you have the more exposure their ads will get.

-	Tip. It would be nice if you can make a visitors / page views. It’s not an essential piece of information, but it’s nice.

-	Alexa Rank: The same goes for Alexa ranking. If your website ranks within the top 100,000 websites you’re luckily to get a bunch of advertisers. Apart from that, social proof again.

-	Technorati ranking: This is more popular than traffic related. But popularly is what rules the world, so the lowest ranking you have, the better. Anyway, having popularity means having traffic, so remember about Technorati rankings.

-	Ads format supported: You need to inform advertisers about the kind of ads supported, in order to give them an idea about the kind of ad they should make. As an example, 125×125 ads got very popular amongst the blogosphere. Moreover, you should also include whether you support animated gif or not.

-	Testimonials: You need to have had advertisers before, but if you can get a comment from them saying how great their advertising experience was, chances are you’ll get more advertisers.

To finish, a thing you should never do (from my point of view and personal experience) is to public the prices rates. I personally know advertisers, and all of them really appreciate privacy and don’t want people to know how much they pay for having their ads on your blog.
So, to sum up, you should include as much info as you can, at least when you reach a decent amount of readers, subscribers and rakings, so advertisers have it easier.
If you have more ideas, remember that you can drop a comment I’ll update the post and include your idea with a link to your site.
Thanks for reading.

Yesterday I wrote a post about how to choose a niche. Today I’d like to tell you some tips to choose a profitable niche.

Choosing a niche is the most important step when it comes to blogging, apart from choosing the domain name.
If you’ve read yesterday’s post you know how to choose a niche you like and enjoy. But a niche you’re passionate about doesn’t means it’s a good niche.
So today I’ll give you some tips to choose good niches. So let’s start.

What’s a good niche?

This is a relative question with a relative answer.

Because of that, I’ve decided to make a little list about what a good niche should have in order to consider it as a profitable niche.

-	A niche that sells: A good niche is also a niche which allows you to sell related products. Let’s say you have a technology blog (one of the most sellable niches out there). You can post tons of reviews about tons of products and make money blogging using affiliate marketing. As an example, today you decide to review a Mac. You share your experiences and set up a good and objective review. Within the post, you can include Amazon Mac ads that go straight to your affiliate link. Chances are that, if you made a good review, people will want to buy it, so you’ll take a piece of cake. Got the point? That’s a sellable niche.

-	Hot niche: Hot topics are great, because they will give your readers the possibility to interact more than ever. Apart from that, you’ll get a lot of traffic, as everybody’s looking for the latest. But be careful, you shouldn’t choose a niche, even if you don’t like it too much, just because it’s a hot one, as chances are you’ll stop blogging even before you can start to make money blogging. It’s also a tricky one, as probably you’ll have a lot of competition to fight against, and it would be harder to get organic traffic from Search Engines.

-	Helpful / Informative niches: A niche that helps others guarantees you a decent audience. A good example of this kind of niches is the diet / fitness niches. Everyone looks for blogs / sites claiming they have the solution to easy lose weight. They help others to have the body they dream of. Another good example is the niche that shows people how to make money. Who doesn’t want money? Besides, you’ll have more chances to get a loyal audience that will stick to you, waiting to see your next post.

-	You obviously need a niche you’re passionate about if you ever want to succeed and make money blogging. You can check yesterday’s post to get more info about that.

-	Low competitive: Profitable niches are also the ones that haven’t got too much competition. You should use low competitive keyword that brings you the most traffic possible.

-	Dying niche? There are niches out there dying. If you choose it, it doesn’t matter whether you like it or are good at. You won’t succeed.

The last two points are easy achievable using two free tools.
-	Low competitive: You can use the Google Adwords Keyword Tool to check for low competitive and high traffic keywords. I made a post about how to choose the Google Adwords Keyword Tool a month ago or so. Check it to see how to use it and take the most out of this great tool.

-	Avoiding dead niches is easy using another Google free tool. I’m talking about Google Insights for Search. This tool is as simple as effective. You’ll only need to type the niche you want to analyze and you’ll automatically get a graphic where you will be able to see whether the niche is increasing or dying plus a forecast.

As an example, here are two niches, one which is climbing and one that’s dying.

Look how people has been loosing interest on technology and how it has increase for the blogging topic.

I hope you can now pick up your profitable niche and start blogging. Remember that this is a very important step in order to succeed on your blogging journey. Choosing the wrong niche will make you lose both time and money, so be careful, be patient and be smart. Good luck.

Time for some blogging tips for beginners. As you know, if you want to make money blogging you can’t ignore any blogging / writing / SEO tip.
Today, I’d like to talk about niches. What are they and how to choose good niches.

Let’s start by defining the term “ niche “

What’s a niche

A niche is, quickly said, the topic chosen to blog / write about on a particular blog / website. It’s like a sub market of a specifically market. Let’s say you choose a topic about making money. You can make money online; make money blogging, making money selling affiliate products, with email marketing… They’re all niches. Some are bigger and more profitable, other less. As an example, every blog that talks about ways to make money blogging will be a blog within my niche.

How to choose your niche?

Now that we know what a niche is, let me give you some to choose your niche. Be careful, as now we’re talking about a niche you enjoy developing, not about a profitable niche. So, how to know which niche you can take?
-	Make a party or get on a room with friends and start talking. Do it naturally. When you guys start talking about a topic on which you can’t stop talking about, that’s your topic.
You’ll mostly know it because your friends will ask you to please talk about something new, but you still have tons of points to talk about. That’s your topic.

-	What do you like to do on your free time? Programming? Testing software? Sports? Gaming? Chose whatever you like to do for free and transform it on your niche.

-	Are you knowledgeable about a specific subject? Specially knowledgeable? That’s your topic. Remember that, even a vast percentage of success formula is all about passion, you’ll still need a bit of knowledge about the niche you choose. More than knowledge I’d even say experience. You need knowledge and experience to teach others, to show them the right way.

-	What are you willing to learn about? You can’t say you know everything about a particular topic. Never. So, you need to be curious about the topic you choose. That’s part of the niche – developing task. The day you lose curiosity about what you’re blogging about, your blog will be dead. As an example, I’ve several blogs to test new things about SEO, new sources to make money blogging, design… I’m always ready to try new things and learn from them, but specially, curious about the result.

-	Which topic are you willing to blog about even if nobody reads your blog for months? Because that’s how this business works! Unless you choose a very very low competitive niche, you can spend months to get your reputation set and start getting a decent amount of solid traffic. You can wait even more if we’re talking about organic traffic from search engines. So, are you ready to blog about a topic, holding up there for days and weeks while nobody read it and have patience? That’s your topic
I can’t think about more ways now to know if a niche is right for you or not. Can you? If you do, drop a comment and I’ll add it to the post and link to you.
Thanks for reading.

Yesterday I wrote a post about how to avoid success, not only to make money blogging, but to blogging in general terms.
Ok now today let’s be a bit more optimistic and write about how to success with your blog.

Before starting, let me tell you that this isn’t a magical formula nor a “Do it and get it” step by step.
These are tips I’ve done while blogging on my spanish blog and took me to the next level (#3 on Google for make money blogging / online within a year).
These tips, combined with your enthusiasm and passion, will help you to succeed.
I’ll start by saying that there are two kinds of factors that will make you succeed:
1)	Controllable / Predictable factors: The goals on this category are easier to achieve than any other, because it depends on you, on how you do it and how you want to do it.

2)	Uncontrollable / Unpredictable factors: The hard ones to get. You can try to achieve them, but it doesn’t fully depends on how you do it.

Now let start from the uncontrollable factors:
1)	Social media: As I always say, social media is the most powerful tool a blogger can use. You really can’t succeed if you ignore them. One of the main points is because I don’t like to let the traffic comes only from search engines, because they are a bit unpredictable. So word of mouth is the best, and all of that comes from marketing, that comes from social media optimization.

2)	Updating: Having dead social accounts not only is useless, but they’ll give you a very bad reputation. If you’re not willing to spend a bit of time to have some decent social accounts, don’t set up ones.

3)	Learning SEO: Although I advice not relying your traffic only on organic traffic, SEO is a must nowadays. There are tons of free ebooks that have great SEO tips and advices. Apart from that you can check Matt Cutts blog to get additional info about Google and general SEO tips. To finish, keep visiting this blog, as I’ll start a SEO tutorial for the very beginners that will gradually increase its difficulty.

4)	Listening your readers: Another must if you want to succeed, both blogging and if you want to make money blogging. I think listening to readers is fun. You learn from them, get ideas to new posts, you make friends… Blogging is a two way communication, so listen to your readers, both will benefit from this relationship.

5)	Maximizing income sources: As you should have various traffic sources that feed your blog, you need, in order to make money blogging, various income sources to feed your pocket. That’s one of the goals I want to achieve with this blog : providing my readers with proven ways to make money blogging.

6)	Trying: But in order to maximize your income, you must try different strategies to take the most out of each and every source.

7)	Relationships: Apart from building relationships with your readers, do it with other bloggers on your niche, you’ll learn from them and will get known. It’s very important to be known amongst all bloggers.

8 )	Participating: On forums, answering on Yahoo Answer… Helping on every way possible is always something positive, as people will remember you, and if you show a link pointing to your site, they’ll visit it and probably stick with it.

Now, uncontrollable factors:
1)	Luck: You need luck. How to be lucky?
-	By finding a four leaf clover. (I’ve one, but haven’t noticed any changes so far)
-	Here in Spain it’s said that if you walk on to a dog’s poop, luck will get to you. (I’ve done this, accidentally, but haven’t noticed any changes so far)
If somebody knows it, please send me a message or kindly leave a comment.
2)	Meeting: You need to be at the right place at the right time to get a profitable relationship. It’s obvious that nowadays it’s harder than before, but it’s still profitable.

3)	Mojo: Everyone needs their own mojo. Some will like it, some won’t, but you need something different. Your mojo will help you to market yourself. Carl Ocab as an example, is known as the KidBlogger, Darren Rowse as the ProBlogger. I’m a Spanish blogger who makes money blogging in English… Get to know your mojo.

To sum up. Success is tricky to be achieved, but possibilities will increase if you put your effort onto it.
By the way, do you have more ways to try to achieve success? Drop a comment and I’ll link to you on the post.
Thanks for reading.

We all get on to the blogging world to achieve our goals.
Some started to make money blogging; some started just a hobby blog, but suddenly started blogging for money, others just because they could use the blog as a gift…

It doesn’t matter why we started blogging. The true thing is that we all want to succeed.

Success is hard to achieve. Even more if we’re talking about blogging. It takes a lot of work and dedication each and every day to start seeing some results after a long time, but, when achieved, it surely pays off.
While the vast majority of the “ Blogging tips ” blogs show how to reach your goals, it’s important to show how a newbie / advanced blogger SHOULD NOT do to really cover a complete “ how to succeed “ ABC.
So, I’ve decided to write today what a blogger must do in order to fail when blogging. It may sound weird to some of you, but trust me, it’s as important as the how to succeed posts.
So let’s do it.

How to make your blog fail

As bloggers, you can make your blog fail on numerous ways.

From the Social Media Viewpoint

Social media is the most powerful tool a blogger can use. And as Spideman’s Uncle said, a great power comes with great responsibility. That means that it can hurt you. It really can hurt you.

How can Social Media kill you?
1)	Not updating: People will using your socials accounts to keep in touch with you and to be the first one to know the last thing you did. If you have a dead social account people won’t even care to take a look at it. Update your profile regularly, if you’re not willing to do so, don’t try to make an account.

2)	Personal touch: Apart from getting updates about you and your blog, the main point why others will want to check your social profiles to know a bit more about your personal life. Give them a bit of personal touch. Apart from keeping them happy, you’ll build credibility.

3)	Make money blogging: Using social media only to advertise products and to make money will make people lose interest on you. It’s ok to try to monetize your socials accounts, but don’t overdo it.

4)	Advertising: Social accounts are made to be advertised just like if you went to advertise your blog. Make sure your readers know how to reach you.

From the Blogging Viewpoint

1)	Spamming: This is the worst thing you can do. Want to get 1K UV per day within 24 hours? Want to make money blogging just by spending 10 minutes per week? Then this is not your business. If you want to succeed within a short timeframe without working too much you’ll fall in to the spamming trap. And if you do, you’re dead.

2)	Copying: The second worst practice you can do. Apart from losing a powerful friend (Google), you won’t get anywhere. Your content can be better or worse than your competitors, but the first step to success is to make your own content. Why people look for blogs? To get useful information along with your personal thought about it. Give them what they want.

3)	Not Trying: This is mostly about the make money blogging niche. You must try every income source out there if you ever want to make money blogging. As an example, if you’re using Google Adsense, try different colors, different placements… Try.

4)	Trying: This is both about the blogging tips and make money blogging niches. If you ever recommend something, it would be good that you’ve tried it before recommending it, as you will be able to better show how something can hurt or help.

5)	Not listening: Not listening to readers is just the stupidest thing you can do. Listening to them is very simple, and it pays off.

6)	Not answering: Not answering to comments will make you fail within a very short timeframe. Blogging is a two – way communication, and having comments is great, as you’re knowing your readers and interacting with them, answering their questions… It’s great!

7)	Not answering: To emails. Let me first say that you need a contact page on your blog, so people can easily contact you. Do you already have it? Then be sure you answer your readers.

8 )	No socialization: You need other bloggers to success. Make an effort to met them and have a nice chat with them. As an example, the problogger community is just great, as it’s full of bloggers to chat with.

I’m sure I’m forgetting something, if you thought about something that isn’t on the list, leave a comment and I’ll add it to the post with a link to the site you put on the comment.

Stay tuned for tomorrow’s post about how to success on your blogging journey.

Thanks for reading.

I’ve receive an email from a new blogger today and I was actually shocked.
The wrote that his blogs had always got indexed in Google, but always took too much time to get indexed.
It surprises me that, nowadays, a blogger doesn’t get its blog Google – indexed within 24 hours, as there are many ways to accelerate this process.

The trick to get a fast indexing process on Google is to get a link on a site that get’s frequently crawled by Google bots, so it can be followed by spiders.
So,

How to get indexed in Google within a day

1)	Social bookmarking: No doubt. Get a link on Digg by submitting a post and you’ll get indexed within 24 hours. This can be applied to any social bookmarking site, because Google crawls them a few times per day.

2)	Submitting your blog -

2.1) Directory submissions: Depending on which directory you submit your site, Google will crawl the site and find you link, follow it and index it. If you don’t like to do submissions, there are tons of services out there from people offering manual submission to do-follow directories for a very small price. Apart from that, I also post a directory list from time to time.

2.2) Article submissions: Have you heard about Ezine? ArticlePR? They are sites on which you can submit post so they can be exposed. Apart from getting PR and Traffic, these kind of sites get crawled frequently too, so a link there to your blog will get you a fast indexing.

3)	Backlinks: Every kind of backlinks such as comments helps to accelerate the indexing process. Don’t care about do follow or no follow blogs. If it’s do follow, it’s better, but to get indexed it doesn’t mind.
SEO Tip: Remember the anchor text. VERY important on SERPs.

4)	Submit: Submit your sitemap to Google using Google Webmaster tools. You’ll facilitate Google’s mission, and that’s always good.

5)	Take a look at the sites you’ve an account at. Those sites have surely a great Google Rank, so they should be crawled quite a lot times per day. When signing up for an account, some sites may give you the option to add your personal blog or website. Even if it’s a no follow link it’s a great opportunity to get listed on Google’s index within a very short time frame.

People use to underestimate this “silly” trick, but in fact it’s a great tool ready to be used by bloggers.

You should be very careful looking at each and every opportunity you have to leave a link (without spamming) pointing to your site.

This, apart from letting you get a higher Google PageRank and, when starting, helping you to get indexed on Google, will increase your backlinks, and, as you probably know, backlinks + anchor text = Google Frontpage.

I can’t remember more ways now, do you? Comment them if so, please.
Thanks for reading!

That’s why today I’ve decided to write a few tips I consider a MUST to take the maximum profit out of social media sites.

With the tons of competitors out there for almost every niche possible, you can only make a difference just by doing two things:

1) Making great content that attracts backlinks and tons of traffic.

2) SMO: Social media optimization. That’s what we will talk about today.

I would say SMO is just as important as SEO, and combined, they’ll turn a newbie blogger into a professional blogger, just by increasing the popularity of that particular blogger.

Some may just didn’t even hear of SMO yet, so this post will specially help those. So here we go:

What does SMO means?

SMO is the term used to define Social Media Optimization. The main objective here is to maximize the benefits of social media, such as:

1) Popularity: Just posted tons of time about this subject.

2) Traffic: Popularity means traffic. Apart from that, social sites like Digg or Stumbleupon, that receive unlimited amount of traffic, can transfer that traffic to your site if one of your post hits the front page.

3) Opportunities: If you’re a social phenomenon, you’ll get tons of opportunities, like having some conferences, testing new stuff, having promotional codes to give away… Just to say some.

4) Monetization: Each and every point above will lead you to the so wanted make money blogging run.

SMO Tactics?

There are several tips you can apply to increase your social media exposure and maximize the profits, such as:

1) Maximize: You should get an account for the most famous social media websites out there. As a blogger, it’s a must, as each reader uses a particular social service. Stumbleupon, digg, Technorati, twitter… Use them all. It’s a similar strategy used to make money blogging, diversifying.

2) Social buttons: If you look at my blog, on the right sidebar, I’ve visible social media buttons that links to my social accounts profile. You should do the same, let the readers easily find you!

3) Promoting: Bloggers are lately asking how to get more followers. The answer is simple: Promoting. You should promote your social accounts like if you were promoting your own blog. Forum signatures, email signatures, advertising… It worth the time spent.

4) Unique profile: I would suggest you to use the same username on every social account you use. That’s one of the steps to build a profile out there. People will recognize you better if you’re always chose the same name, don’t you think?

5) Easy bookmarking: A quick tip to increase your bookmarking submissions. Use the Share / Save buttons or the tweetememe wordpress plugin. It’s the one I have on this blog and it just works great. Remember my #1 rule? Humans are lazy, you must make it easy. This plugin allows readers to bookmark / submit a blog / post with just two clicks.

6) Podcasting: Social media is about podcasting too. What do you need? A camera / micro and a youtube account. This is a great way to drive traffic to your site, from the youtube video itself, and from your channel subscribers too. You can use your youtube’s subscribers as a virtue to get advertisers.

Should you have two different accounts, one from the blog itself and another one talking about yourself? No. You can use your profile to talk a bit about your life, but use these accounts to promote your blog. If you promote your blog, you will be promoted too, so don’t worry about it.

You’re a blogger, and your blog is your baby. Take care of it, and when it grows, it will take care of you.

Do you have more ways to increase the social media effect? Would you mind sharing them?

Thanks for reading.
